Indeed. The problem are those personal accounts. What if you send more than 1K$ to one of those? Do you have to split it up and send it in several months? pfff.. gonna be though....

okay so that didn't work..won't let you have the same credit card number working from two different accounts. I sent them an email from the new account asking about what I should do. I have no idea if they actually reply to emails.

Thats not a good news for ebay sellers. They will loose some business from personal accounts .

I beleive PayPal has to pay 2% to Visa / Mastercard for processing such transactions. So they are only making .9%. I could be wrong though.

How about receiving money to a personal account for a non eBay / website auctions? It is mentioned that it will not affect the $1000 limit.
