okay so that didn't work..won't let you have the same credit card number working from two different accounts. I sent them an email from the new account asking about what I should do. I have no idea if they actually reply to emails.

Thats not a good news for ebay sellers. They will loose some business from personal accounts .

I beleive PayPal has to pay 2% to Visa / Mastercard for processing such transactions. So they are only making .9%. I could be wrong though.

How about receiving money to a personal account for a non eBay / website auctions? It is mentioned that it will not affect the $1000 limit.
