what software program does everyone use for PC to block bots and pop ups?

but Google toolbar does well for the popups

ok...i use pop-up stopper and it works well but I guess i'm more concerned with bots then anything.

I've used spy bot but it didn't seem to get them all......just tried Lavasoft the other night and so far so good....jsut wanted to know what everyone else has had success with.

I use a combination of adaware and spybot (about once a week) to get rid of everything. AVG and ZoneAlarm hopefully catch everything else
