Check out Dell they are running some great specials as usual, I know they have some special going on right now where you can get a desktop for like $400 so I'm sure you can find something decent over there without having to bother to put yourself or worry too much about the quality of the hardware.

Dell is crap, only thing good about them is their support. Go build yourself a machine with actual performance parts, not the generic parts that Dell uses.

1. That system is very well enuff for your needs.
2. If you want support and warranty with a good system choose dell.

You don't need all the latest extras, gfxboards, alot memory etc.
If you just want your workers todo what they should for low money spent don't buy the latest.
