who would you say would be the best to go with for elite avs sites?

prodadult look cool but be nice to have a couple of banners for internal traffic ect.

i do panty niche sites.

there is a middle page option with cyber age where you can earn an extra 7 cents. would you say this is beneficial? i mean extra 7 cents is cool but is there some catch ect?
