You want to get your license for internet marketing. They wont give you a business license for a adult site and it will bring up tons of zoning questions.

oh I forgot to write, we are a single site and we have business license , a accountant and we are a llc. This was one of the reasons for the first year we both worked and didnt touch the money the site made so we could pay for all these things to get started.

If you already have a trade business name but for some reason want to use a different name then you file for a fictitious name |

I don't know why you're even asking this question Heather. Not having your business license is like bending over, and ASKING the system to fuck you in the ass. Before I started my business, I was told by the Clerk's Office that I needed to have a business license in every county I did business in. Ok, I know that's a load of shit that they're pulling, but I now have two business licenses... one in Placer County where I live, and one in Sacramento County where my studio is located. This is all in the name of avoiding getting FUCKED by the system.

Depending on where you live, some places do not require you to have a business license. In Florida it's different from county to county.

The city is going to try to fuck you. Now they are going to wonder why you are not submitting tax to the city... Get an accountant is my advice.

Plain and simple: If you make money, they want some.
I have several businesses, a few trade names, and a few corporations, and they are all separate from one another. Most of those entities need to contract skills and abilities from other companies, so they all have costs to counter a lot of their profits. Business startup and development is extremely common, so if you can't show a "markable" profit within the first two years of trying, no one will even question you. If your company goes away after a couple of years because it "just wasn't worth it", then no questions are asked. Just make sure that the Ferrari is registered to someone else. :Graucho Jere. |
