I just don't have the time to develop the domain.
The domain is sayable, spellable and searchable.

When smspromotions.com had there xxxtreme vacations i just redirected the typin traffic to their signup. Based on the commission i earned (type in traffic only) the ROI would be 5-6% from the fees for the trip alone.

If the site was designed to effectively sell the services (take a look at smspromotions.com) you could increase the ROI.

If you fully monetized the content that was produced (movies, streaming, content sales).
Upsold the preformers (their membership sites)
and cross sold services
the ROI would be substantially higher.

I have already invested money into going to these types of events, to see how they work and to see where they don't work and have come up with a business plan that combines the best results from all of these vacations.

then make an offer which does include cash, i would love for someone to do the leg work/grunt work with me taking a l percentage for my original research.

i own a lot of great domains/ busines plan. sometimes market conditions change and oppertunities happen that should be exploited.

Janet jackson and canadian idol make this a better time for me to focus on seekingsongs.com instead.

I realize a lot of people probably post half assed projects trying to sell something that would never work.

But my plans are not like that.

Look at it logically and you would see that.

At the low end you are getting a stable investment because you would be basically copying a business idea but using a domain name that drives targeted traffic that converts.

Look at sex.com a great domain name, which send targeted traffic to a pay per click search engine.

I am in no way saying that adultholiday.com is as good a domain name as sex.com but it is a hell of a lot better than smspromotions.com so if you just copied their basic plan you would turn a small profit. The point is that the downside risk is very low.

As to the other monetary streams (content, model promotion, cross selling) while my business plan focuses on building those up there are people who have already the appropriate business. For them they plug their current business into the mix and get the profits that would have come after 3 years of growth in year one.

For example instead of building a content provider business to sell the produced content from the adultholiday.com holiday packages (highest risk proposition in the content provider chapter in my business plan), you would plug your existing customer requests into the content production schedule generating the profits that would be expected in year 3 in year 1.

That the reason I posted it here because there are people who already successful in those supplemental revenue streams and could see a significant ROI in combining their existing business with other revenue generating opportunities.

The point is that for a low downside risk (lower that normal profit margins of 5%-6%) you could significantly improve the bottom line in your existing business because you already have a way of monetizing one or more of the existing supplemental revenue streams.

Ultimately you have to ask you self a couple of questions
1. Do I have a better domain than adultholiday.com For this specific business venture.
2. Does my current business focus on one of those supplemental revenue streams
3. Would i benefit from having someone already done all the leg work of evaluating the competitors products or would it better for me to spend my money and time going on the vacations but never enjoying myself because i would be spending all my time determining what they were doing right and what they were doing wrong or would it be better for me to spend my time and money doing that myself.
4. Would I benefit from someone else researching and identifying a low, medium, and high risk revenue stream identifying the pitfalls that other companies have experienced so they could be avoided and identified and prioritizing the win falls so that could be exploited in the most cost effective way.
