Yah this is so last week (Kristen's room), Verotel has got to
tighten up their approval process (or double check after a site is approved). I've sent email to my account rep and I suggest that anyone else processing with them does. If these guys are legit about their "model" sites, why can't they process low risk gateway instead of IPSP?
