Its legal but the odds of the letter arriving with the money still in it are slim to none.

just fedex it and youre safe just depends on the amount of money i wouldnt fedex 10 bucks lol i have sponsors pay me cash too... i like it... having a bundle of cash in my hands instead of a check is a 10 times better feeling lol strange but it is like that  |
