The girl is royalty-free photo clipart purchased specifically for legal design work in a photo clipart collection on CD. She is totally legal for use in design. I can also replace her with one of the photos that I have reseller rights to if it would make you feel more comfortable, or I can replace her with an image of your choice from your own content. :)
