If you're really serious get off your bum and do some work for yourself. There are plenty of places where you can learn about traffic, learn how to get some for yourself and learn how to use it.

Good luck with your site, I'd agree with mostly everything the others have said, and from a usability perspective clean it up a lot so that it's plain obvious where to go.

And don't be fooled by the name - there are quite a few very experienced people there.

And then of course there's Bake - he may look like rough around the edges but he certainly does have the clues ;)

my advice would be;

1) redesign your site ( hire a reputable / professional designer from the adult industry)

2) start an affiliate program (if you havn't already) and get other webmasters to drive customers to your site, while paying them a commision for any sales made etc..

3) update, update, update and expand the concept..

Bessie, I agree with Sloane, Hit Rikki up on icq or email and have a chat about a re-design for your site.

Also make sure you rock up for the next Australian adult webmaster gathering on the gold coast. Rikki has more info on that too.

How funny - Everyone on this board bitches about how they don't make any money, but just look at the professionalism here. A beautiful model has come to GFY asking for our advice and wisdom, the best some of you have to offer is "your fuckable". I'm sure Bessie here gets this all day long. Bessie, it's rather obvious that you are very serious about what you are doing just by looking at the sample photos posted in this thread. There is no doubt in my mind that you will do well in this business.

A traffic leak is the links on the outside of your tour that will lead potentional members away away from joining your site. Affiliates who wish to send you traffic will shudder when they see your tour. This is more of a fan site than a pay site.

Some of the advice offered here was very solid. Find yourself a good webmaster who knows how to design pay sites (stay away from anyone who works mainstream). For less than a $1k (US) you can have a decent site designed that will make you money hand over foot.

One about you and the other for your modelling

You obviously want to show visitors on your site more then just your pretty face. My suggestion would be split it up make the section you want to sell and fill with pics/vids easily accessible for the pervs maybe by using an enter page which would split the two apart.

That way you could still keep your weather/traffic/business stuff on the web without confusing the porno surfers :winkwink:

1) A pay site where members can sign up.
2) A site where you sell videos.
3) A fan site.

If I was you, I would set up a true blue fan site and use that to direct your own traffic to your paysite. Then I would pop the video site as an exit.

Very good thought...I was going to add that you need to make it clear what each were so people don't feel mislead...if the fan site is smokin' with lots of teasers, the pay and vid site will convert great!
