How to tell if surfer is on broadband?
I'd like to offer my vistors a different tour if they are on high speed internet, is there any way to know other then having them d/l something and test the time? Is there an IP list that shows if they are high speed or not?

could probably be done with flash as well..
personally i'd go the route many mainstream places go.. and ASK their connection speed. |

You could also compile (or buy) a database of dialup ip addresses.
