How do I get the domains that I crave (FUCK it happened again!)

    FUCK!

    I am so frustrated.

Yesterday I checked in because I finally made up my mind to buy a certain domain - and some fucker beat me to it with a couple of weeks!!!!

And there are also some bad bad people who have domains that I would want.

How shall I go about aquiring these?

2 of them don't have anything on their addresses yet. Not even blank pages! How should I persuade them?

1 person has a small freesite with some popups and stuff. it is not prticularly good.

    Suggestions?
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

$$....if they're not doing anything with the domain and it's just sitting there, I'm sure they wouldn't mind selling it to you for a decent price

          cash is king.

Only piece of advice I have is don't give any information that isnt required. If the guy feels you are really after these domains then he may want to hold out for more money, only give out the info thats required and only when asked.

          Take Luck!

This is one of the weaknesses of the situation I am in.

One of these domains may actually be worth a substantial amount of money to me ... :-/

And it's not worth a substantial amount to the current owner?

              What's the domain?

Make sure to approach the owner without making that obvious. Be nonchalant about the whole deal and like I said, make sure he only know what he needs to know. You let that little piece of info slide either directly or indirectly and you are guaranteed to be shelling out more money than you would otherwise have to.

i would suggest sending in the shills. Its a great way to find out the true price of a domain.
cover all the options start with a higher bid with bad terms, like a future payout. (95% a couple of years out)
