College Degrees

Would an employer look at a person that got their degree online differently than a person that actually went to a college and sat in class?

Depends on what job you go for.

Most employers i know take real world experience over school.

I know *I* would.

EDIT: I misread the thread a little. Most colleges are starting to offer the chance to do your degree online instead of in class. So I doubt it has

*DONE ONLINE*

stamped on it.

Yeah.....but if you're a new grad, and they're looking for new grads, they look at the school and sometimes even your marks

True, in new grad recruitment they focus on your schooling. If i were looking to be employed and just finished school, I would look for company who is doing regular hiring where I can use my real world experience and possibly my degree simply for the fact most new grad recruitments are lower paid.
