Most cam girls have been approached and propositioned by hundreds of horny guys and scammers over the years who make all kinds of promises. When someone legit offers them something they blow it off as another con. Not to mention there is a high % of cam girls who aren't the brightest bulbs to begin with.

There's heaps of girls that run their own sites. They may not do the hard stuff but they are damn good at teasing.
