Processor for tangible goods....please help anyone!

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody knew a way of processing tangible goods online?

I have tried to search for weeks now and really dont know where
to search anymore.

We are a niche fetish site wanting to sell our own produced
DVDS and VHS.

We were with CCNow until they shut down adult then Paypal with a 1 year history of 0% chargebacks but after Ebay bought them up they shut us down too.

We are a small site in regards to our tangible sales 3 to $5.000 per month but we need the sales to start again so if anybody could give any suggestions it would be awsome!?!

No Netbilling as they dont do adult sales and wont touch a site with our littel volume and regarding a merchant account its very difficult to get being situated in the EU.But i also prefer to get a 3rd party processor so if you have any kind of ideas were to go or who to contact or if you are a processor who could help us please reply to this thread.

Best Regards
Ken

Hi Naughty,

I wrote them to ask if they could process adult tangible goods for international clients who dosent have a merchant account.

Waiting for answer...

Meanwhile isent there somebody in here who could
point me to other processors???

Already tried to read all the ones listed at Ynot.com but
none of these are doing adult tangibles international.

Guess the whole of Europe is screwed when it comes to processing adult tangibles wihtout a merchant account ....really amazing!

Cause PayPal will keep your money if they find out it's for a adult site. He said they already shut him down.

icedemon,

Ibill dosent do other then US & Canada.... anyways not last time i spoke with ther sales...they wanted to setup a EU thing for tangibles too but so far nothing....

B40,
Paypal stopped accepting adult sites after being bought by Ebay
so they are removing adult sites evryday and trust me cause i was one of them Even do we never had a chargeback but purely because they where bought up and ther new policy says no adult tangibles or memberships.

We are using CCBill for our members area but as you probberly know CCBill dosent deal with tangibles either

Its like.....mission impossible to find a processor who do international adult tangibles without having a merchant account

I thought iBill worked with EU customers. You could email
GFY AT PayWide DOT com
They might be able to help you out.

Emmanuelle,

Thanks!

I know of several of these paypal clones ex epassporte.com etc
but they all require the customer to sign up for a account and
then afterwards send money.

What i hope to find somewhere in some dark corner of cyper space is a CC processor who will do the:
customer adds item to cart
customer checks out
customer fills in CC details and get authorized
thats it.

If you know of something similar pleeeeeeaseeeeee let me know

Actually BeaverPay is owned by stormpay. When they were forced to stop accepting adult transactions, they set this one up through different banks.

Myself, I use Netbilling for my tangibles, and my volume isnt much higher than your own.

I forgot all about this company. Send a email to
[email protected]
The owner can set you up with a store and CC processing. He works with alot of people from The Netherlands. You'll have to email him for more info. He doesn't have anything about it on his website. Tell him Mark set you.

I tried the Ikobo thingie and called them however they will not allow me to recive more then a total of $205 per month and then maby at a later point we could fax back and forth to discuss to get a higher reciving limit per month. This means i would have to sell 4 videos and right after we opend again then transactions stopping and then wait until next month and discuss if we can raise our limit .

I need to open and not close again after 2 days so the idea probberly isent so good.

Anyways thanks for the suggestion!
Its so cool you guys are taking your time to write about anything that could be a option!

Please SPAM me with more hints/suggestions/urls !?!

BTW If anybody from MC/VISA is reading this

Ikobo has grown too big too fast and now their customer support/service sucks. It takes weeks and/or months to get a response from them. Although after months it is quite possible you will not get a response at all. They have hidden fees too. Eg: a customer signsup in error/duplicates a purchase. Or you do not wish to accept a payment from someone for whatever reason. You have to pay them the processing fees and $0.95 to cancel the duplicate/undesired order.

They do not advise you of chargebacks. They just take the money out of your account. although you may get a notice telling you that you initiated a refund. It took a week to get them explain what the fuck happened.

They announced a lower fee (2.99%) becomes effective January 1, 2004. Yet they are still charging us 3.99%. Calling them is waste of time. You never get anyone on the phone and they do not return calls.

It used to take them 24 hours or less to deposit/release funds collected on our behalf. Now it takes them a minimum 72 hours days to release our money collected.

I have written them with all these concerns. Yet nothing changes for the better and they do not respond. They continue on as if we the customers will keep silent about their progressive deterioration.

Bottomline stay away from Ikobo!
