i think 10 different gallery templates for 100.00 is good price.
if its 10 galleries all with the same tempate, but different content, then thats not a good deal.

just be careful... you get what you pay for. I wouldn't buy 10 for 100, because I would think the person doing them is not experienced.

The best guys charge anywhere from 30-40 per gallery, so even though it's a lot more expensive, I'd stay in that range based on their experience and how everyone else feels about that particular designer.

If the guy wanted 10 per gallery, I'd want to see a lot of examples and talk to people that bought them to see how well they convert, before I bought from him.

see that's what i'm worried about. i'm looking for a fair price to charge for good design. I am new to the biz and looking for a few good regular clients.

long story short, if i charged 40 dollars a gallery, i'd have very few customers.

The difference in price between a 10 dolllar gallery and a 30 dollar gallery is negligible when you are expecting to make more than a couple of sales. If they convert, then sure, great deal. But if they're just okay, it really is worth spending the extra bucks on a better designer.

$10 isn't alot for a gallery template IMO, I pay about $20-$30 per unique gallery template. Those that charge below $20 tend to sell pre-made gallery templates which I don't like buying...
