umm at Epassporte it says the virtual visa can be used virtually anywhere on the internet

I'll go the other way with mine -- the only places I've had problems --

America West -- due to BIN coding
Paypal -- cant fund with ANY other virtual card
Onebox -- online fax that wont take non US issued cards.

Everywhere else I've tried it, I've had no problem. Airline tickets, memberships to other things, shopping online, not an issue.

Also now and then someone complains on gfy that his virtual visa didn't work somewhere
