remember Busty Amateurs back in the day? that site was doing great, making assloads of cash. and suddenly, the dude running the site found god and shut it down.

if you're going to run a contest, you better be prepared to give the prize, even if you don't like any of the designs. it's a risk you took, and you didn't follow through. all these designers took their time to do something for you and you said fuck you to all of them.

how would you feel if mcdonalds offered a $1 million prize and then decided not to give it out because they didn't like any of the participants? wouldn't you feel cheated? wouldn't you think mcdonalds was shitty for doing that? you're lying if you answer anything else than 'yes'.

you missed. that's your problem. the condition of the prize was to make the shot. it would be a different story if you made the shot and they didn't give you the prize because they didn't like how you threw.

now you know as well as I do that you would not pay for something that is not going to be used... if I had orderd a logo from someone and they made it then yes I would pay.. but holding a contest you don't pay.... they hold a contest every year here for the cover of the phone book and sometimes no one wins cause they deem it not what there looking for...
