mailing to Hotmail subscribers
Hello,
Just want to let you know... If you`re own a mailing list: hotmail are using some filters in receiving mails. For last 3 days i`m hardly trying to get into mailbox cause many hotmail subscribers are replaying me saying i`m ignoring they. Today i, finally, configured out what`s the deal. Hit me on icq 60932147 if need this information. must prove you`re not spamming - i hate  spammers

I would put on your signup page that if they are using a free e-mail service messages may be filtered out. Suggest they check their junk filter or use an alternate e-mail if they don't get your messages.
