you said you want 24K for it i doubt it will sell.

you said it makes 1K a week and you want at least 6 months revenue worth.

better off hiring someone for 1000$ a month to run it if it really is worth that much!

it will sell to the right buyer and someone who konws what there doing with marketing.... I don't market the site at all really... but if you want to see how it converts... join my program and send some traffic to it and see for yourself.....

again if its making 4K a month invest back 2K mabey even 3K and hire someone to operate it then you still get money the site is still yours you have a happy guy working for you making money and it can get bigger... being you said its so promising.
