There're incorrect rates 'cause of internal system bug,

for ex.:
DE - 0.5$/min
US - 0.1$/min

and others will be corrected soon time.

In general RATES are not very high but it's compensated by _very high conversion_ [direct autodial]

It doesn't depends on payments at all because all payments are made by hand already 6 months exactly in time.
