    Need help urgently please help me .

    I reinstalled my XP last week and yesterday I got hit by auto install programs that advertise things while your on internet.

    what ever I do pop ups come up with some advertising and so on and I can't get rid of them.

    Then I got some virus and a shit load of other things not to mention the spam my email account is getting it's now reached 75 emails a day that is spam.

    So if anybody can help me here to resolve this once and for all please let me know.

    I'm about to reinstall my XP again but before I do that I want to get some programs that I can install to prevent this after I reinstall the XP. I need programs to stop the spam auto install's of some programs like Save and so on and a good popup killer.

      for a pop-up blocker i recommend the google toolbar, as for spyware.. "SpyBot" is good

          I would also get Google toolbar to block pop-ups, Norton Antivirus and Mailwasher Pro to filter the spam.

              have you tried to wind back feature
              start, accessories, system tools, system restore, go back a few days see if that uninstalls it

                  Can't recommend Mail Washer Pro highly enough - but just watch it if you have friends who use a hotmail address - you may never see their email again.
