am I understanding this right that Represenative Billy Tauzin (R) from Louisiana is in considering for a job as a lobbyist for the pharma industry after he was the leading force in a Medicare law, which was miscalculated by 30%.

That it will cost the US people 525 billion instead of 400 billion. He now gets a job that pays more than a million a year after he pushed this law, which is beneficiary to the pharma industry.

Is this the story?

if it is: wow, I hope he has been put under investigation, and if found guilty, put in jail, it seems politicians aren't afraid of using Berlusconi tactics, this is corruption at it's best: 125 billion, not bad.
