I play on and off, since my collegedays.
I went last summer to the course out here and there was a tournament going on, they all had disc caddies and were all snobby about us being around cause they had "official" T times..

There are two courses in Clearwater, Florida.
I play for fun...
The guys that play amateur and even professional are awesome.
A very humbling experience to play with them!
The funniest scene was a bunch of guys wading out in the lake fishing out discs... They were surprised at how many they were finding out there until I pointed out that two 10ft+ gators live in that lake. The mission ended promptly...

I've played both courses in Clearwater. Home of the 10 time world champion Ken Climo. They are nice but the water holes are scary. 10 foot gators are nothing to mess with over a 15 dollar disc.Originally posted by dustman

I absolutely love Disc Golf, I played a few courses all summer long when I lived in South Lake Tahoe, they have a few great courses up there, one is really hard, it's burried deep in the woods and you gotta hike to find the posts... I must have been there for hours.
I love it, I found one here in Toronto, and you bet I will be playing this summer, I just hope it's a nice challenging course, and not some dinky wanna be course ;)Comment
