Someone in this industry has an outstanding debt of $50k to me. It was higher, they were making monthly payments - but have stopped.

Correct, I only had his word. Had a business venture with a euro trash partner, 50/50 split that I stopped funding for a while. Was a pit I was not going to put more $ into without some better plannings.

Superman comes in and starts funding him, calls me tells me I will get my $100k back from him, I had his word if I let him take over my share of the company. I was happy to get my monies out of it.

Brad regarding the 100k debt, I talked to Jeff at Perfection Girls today and he has assured me the wire is coming to you. He thinks the reason you probably haven't gotten it yet is because your bank messed up. If you haven't received the wire today he promised he would send a check overnight so it should be any day. After its all cleared I'd like my 20%.
