Everyone who is interested in that topic will look at 10 or more sites and pick the one with the best price.

Spend your 10K on an industry that does not have so many big players in.

Throw in your cards and pick another venture.

Considering that mortgage leads will get you about $16 each, and with top placement for keywords such as "Mortgage Calculator" and even "mortgage" itself you can net around 1000 leads per day, uh, no.

Fuck adwords. I've spent over $2200 this month for my brick-n-mortar business and it has pushed my "free" listing placement down from 11 to 76. WTF?
