Why do they cancel immediately after signing up you ask?

Cause I just saw an intriguing site from a well known sponsor around here and decided I take a look. OMG Milf site featuring all Teen videos, 300 out of the 500 thumbnail previews are broken images. Over 50% of the links are 404's. And to think this guy was talking shit about all the other cookie cutter milf sites. Man if you guys really run your shit like this, I feel bad for ya. NO Milf's anywhere inside the members area Hey what do ya want for a free 1 day trial with 2 prechecked upsells at 40 bucks a pop not to mention the additional 40 after the 1 day trial. 120 Beans not bad

Yup, the majority of sites suck. Of course there are very good sites as well. You really need to check out any site before you promote it. You might get lucky with a hit but it might be a miss.

Also, just because a sponsor has had good results for you in the past with old sites, any new sites they release might not be up to par or not the proper research went into the site's niche first.

Check everything out. That's the best two cents I can give..

Interesting and pretty smart actually. I need to look into that approach myself. The free trial didn't cost the surfer anything and after seeing that members area they are probably thrilled with the other sites.

It really depends on a lot. I would be pretty disappointed of an affiliate program if they tricked you into tricking your surfer into sending them to a "Great" crap site. Of course you 'get what you pay for' but in some cases you don't get anything close to it. I do understand it's busy, but it's a little dirty.

It's possible. And would work if the domain was YoungMom.com or YoungMILF.com (both taken, don't bother looking)... otherwise they may not convert too well.

Buyer beware, but abandoned pay sites and shitty members areas are hurting the whole industry. It makes the surfers less likely to sign up for a site that they haven't heard of before

Yup. That's why I really wonder about conversions for all huge affiliate programs. They have a lot to do or should be doing.

Yes. That is one of PornDollar's members area.

Yes. There is MILF content.

Yes. There are broken thumbs.. But the videos all work..

Since Number1Thumb didn't post the whole members area... Let me show you guys what he missed.




Our designer left, and I am on the lookout for a new one.

PornDollar has a 46% conversion rate and a equally significant retention percentage.



Now.. the point of having all content into one area vs niched..

I have taken the side of the surfer on this.

If you were to signup for a "MILF" site site.. Would you want a max of 30 episodes (like the majority of reality sites) or would you want MILF and 670 other videos of other niches?

I would be pissed if I was billed 40 bucks a month for 30 scenes.

Another point is that ALL our videos use a DRM system.

In the long run that means that all videos are played in their full length, uncut, and at 768k!


So.. the moral of the story.. Yes.. Our members area is a bit messy while we screen cap over 400 movies.


The tours / sites convert.. that is what matters..

PornDollar has paid out over 1 Million dollars to webmasters last year..

I guess we are doing something right.

A big problem is the insurgence of sponsor programs designed on a budget over the last couple years.

The only thing they devote a meaningful amount of resources to is their sponsor program itself, and not their actual sites.

if i signed up for a milf site and saw malezia there i would be pissed off as hell to...you should at least let the surfer into the milf backend and then allow him to the other sites once hes done there..

If someone is buying into a MILF site, then they want MILF. It's the MILF they opened their wallet for, and it's other stuff you are giving them to make up for an alleged lack of content.

An example of a legit way of doing this is Nasty Dollars. You pay for one site/niche, and you get everything else. Individually the sites can in fact carry their own, but it's a nice added bonus.

The problem is that smaller programs don't use the unrelated content as a bonus. Instead it's presented as a part of what you are actually paying to see. It's filler.

I believe that is a result of not having enough updates. I am guilty of doing this to a site that would only have 5 updates in 3 months. Why pay $90 for 5 updates when I can just get a $4.95 trial in 3 months time?

Alot of programs don't care because they follow rules of simple math..more coming in than going out, cross sales, upsells, email spams, ect . We take pride in our member's sections and we treat each member like they were our last. We are going to be updating daily now...6-7 days a week and we go out of our way to make sure our retention remains as high as possible, regardless of what program we offer. Every one of our sites uses a CMS which makes updating much easier and more frequent..
