I heard the gazelle was quite good except only the one with variable resistance, the cheaper one doesnt give you nearly as good a work out.

Mr. Shaw doesnt know it yet but I bought him "the ball". When I first started working out my trainer had me use this big beach ball. I hated it and would come home and tell Bradley horror stories about what they made me do with this damn ball!!! LOL Its actually a really good workout tool. I bought him one the other day at WalMart, I am going to surprise him and put it in his office ;-)))

I used to do 1200 a day. Also used to run 8 miles a day and do about 400 pushups a day.

I doubt I could do even 200 now though :(

i do 5 mins of different extreme ab-working excersies. What i didnt know was that i would lose weight in my thighs, hips, innerthighs AND my upper and lower adomonal areas.

those big ball things work great. works your muscles a lot better than doing situps.

I use the workout balls at the gym, but when I get lazy I just do a set while im lying there in between bench press reps. Bought an abswing for home though :).. abs are the thing i haven't really worried about that much.. i was more concerned with getting rid of the man boobs and just getting my chest and shoulders as big as my gut so it didn't look so bad lol.
