affiliate webmaster risk
If you promote an affilaite program and use their content and later on that content is found to be obscene and that company has problems, would you as an affiliate also have a problem or not? I notice no affiliate programs describe this situation in their terms of signup as many are through ccbill and just provide the signup form...
