Those Flash Banners?
Is there a way how I can stop the flash banners with sound.. to stop loading here? When I work late night, move my mouse over a banner? I wake up everybody else in the house. Really bothers me.

I can't since I have meeting software, TV, and all those things run on my desktop as well, maybe listen to music... or something like that.
