Helmy's is not the internet police, all they do is forward the sites to the US Customs department who is actually in CHARGE of dealing with internet crimes, and when they find one they call the FBI to make an arrest. A little known fact everyone thinks that the FBI is in charge of computer crime, well they arent, the internet crosses national borders, hence it is the customs department.

Good luck though, if it was me, Id just call rack shack and show them the site and make them look at it while I had them on the phone.

crockett in a van by the river Industry Role: Join Date: May 2003 Posts: 76,806	I believe the law in US dictates child porn as any type of pics or vids that could be considered sexually provoking nude or non-nude. which that site is trying to do... so I would imagine that site is illegal in the US. maybe if it's not illegal it should be... but if not maybe some of the people here with servers at Rackshack (if it is on their servers)should tell them they are going to boycot their hosting unless the site is removed.
