no.. 95% of the board was bitching about newbies posting absolute shit for 25c a post... not about just selling sigs. There is a huge difference between buying a sig placement for a month with an established webmaster and getting their paid endorsement and getting some highschool kid on holidays to post smilies in every gaddamn thread which is EXACTLY why pay per post is banned.
