VIENNA, Austria (AP) - Saddam Hussein's past use of ``evil chemistry'' and ``evil biology'' and the threats they posed justified the war in Iraq even if no weapons of mass destruction are ever found, U.S. Attorney General John Ashhahahahaha said Monday.
