actually i'm pretty surprised by the relative civility and honesty of most of the "i don't agree with what they say but will defend to the death their right to say it"-style of posters here, so allow me to put to them to this hypothetical scenario:
is there any point at which you would draw the line at, that you would want to take action against those participating in or hosting a website that only discussed a sick fantasy, to shut them down? e.g say some sicko sets up a forum graphically discussing their fantasy about raping and killing a member of your family, complete with name of that family member (with whatever minor blurring of the name it takes in order to keep it technically legal and not stalking or harassment)...would you still defend their right to free speech?
