I must admit they have the greatest support that I have ever gotten from any software company to date. It may take a few hours for them to get to you if its an odd hour, but they will bust their ass to answer any question and fix anything. Hell they even offered to install stuff for me on my server instead of having my tech's do it.
Besides that their new version just kicks some serious ass, I love the upgrades it has. |

They have the best members area management scripts around. Also truenick is always there for me when i need support. Great guys, great support, great product!
