Why you don't call them? Usually Ray, Ben and Pete are really fast to answer us. I don't understand why you have so much problem.

I have moved my most important sites to www.varzi.net and it works really well for me.
Absolutely excellent support, fast installation of whatever you need and people who are webmasters themself. |

Kato,
Not sure why you are coming to the boards with this. Yes, your server has had a hardware failure. Rather than spend the time to diagnose it (Bad RAM, Bad MB, Bad HD), my support team is completely replacing the server. You were told this in ticket #1874 you opened 4 hours ago, and again in ticket #1869 you opened yesterday. As a matter of fact, you specifically ASKED us to do this today in ticket 1874. My team has been communicating to you via the support desk and you have responded. Where do you get that we are not responding to your needs? If you wish us NOT to fix this today, please contact support and update either of those tickets with a specific date and time to replace your server. Regards, Ray |

KATO, does the contract state what you get if you don't get 99.99% uptime?
