What processor is scrubbing the least ?

I mean the 4 US based processors: Ibill, CCbill, Epoch and Jettis.

just curious...

btw, can it happen the certain processor ( f.e Ibill ) is scrubbing hard for one sponsor program ( because they have higher CB ratios or the program owners simply wish so ), but less for other programs ?

Hi,

You can use our system and control your own level of scrubbing. How does that sound?

scrubbing (wether to or not to process a cc to avoid fraud / chargebacks) is there for a reason.

You think they just randomly decline cards just for the fuck of it? (well.. not talking ccbill here.. i have / had the feeling they do ;).

So the question is not who is scrubbing the least but who is
scrubbing the most efficient.
