I have been offered high 5 digits in the past but refused
What do you think it is worth?

Don't sell it for less than $100k. It's too easy to make money with that domain.

Not much to be honest - Ultra niche sites only gain value when they are heavily marketed and are proven sellers -

There are two ways. The first is to sell it, but you can only sell it once, so you better get a lot of money. The second way is on the traffic. I would guess it's an equal split of people looking for cookers and tobacco products. If he has good type-in traffic, that domain will just sit there and make money forever.

You said "5 digits". That means up to $99,999.

You need to change your front page, get a better logo, make the enter button bigger if you want to use a warning page, and put some ads on there.

Some of your type-in traffic is looking for cooking smokers - find some way to make money on them or they will just leave.

be low you will see a category below this you will see NAME ATRIBUTES
the third box down need to be changed that say WORDS to 1 not 2 also The Length needs to be 6 to 10
push the next
there will be a window open

This company alos made a hard copy Appraisal
for the bank
it was Appraisaled three times this company was the lowest
