My GF had a perm and it fuck her beautiful long hair up so bad she's thinking of cutting it all off! Anything else she can do? It's like straw!

What did they do to her hair? What products did they use. Is it feeling dry?
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

She definately should go get deep conditioning treatments it sgould take about 3 or 4 to get back to normal but start with a straightener at the salon .. any salon can do it.

I also think deep conditioning would work but if these people really screwed up her hair she needs to handle that first. I dont know how she is but I am very anal about my hair.

You can guarantee that if someone did something to my hair that I didnt want, I would definatly push the issue.

THe stylist should have tried to fix it first of all. If nothing can be done, its time to take her to court and have her pay for it.

Yeah I know that sounds weird but trust me, you have no idea how easy it is.

If this is bothering her self esteem or making her sad at all, she needs to push the issue.

At the very least, she should go back to that stylist and tell him/her that her hair is now fucked up and that he/she needs to pay all the expenses for getting it fixed, out of pocket.

I am not sure what they used on her hair. It's absolutely dry.

The first thing she should do is concentrate on getting the hair back to full health , because if she goes and has any color added or straightening perms.. the hair will probably snap off because its too brittle.. perms REALLY damage the hair..

She should do protein treatments to strengthen the shaft of the hair.. and then intense conditioning treatments..if she can't afford salon treatments.. get some for home and leave o/night with added heat.

If i were her, i'd spend 1 month getting the condition back in the hair.. THEN look at a solution like straightening perm.. however, if she gets the condition back in the hair.. it should look better anyway, may not need any other procedures like straightening.
