Been discussing with a client about giving him semi exclusive work. He thinks fully exclusive custom work is too expensive for the whole site and this might be an alternative.

Ir would mean us selling a set a limited number of licenses. The license would still be for 10 URLs

We need to make $500 off a solo girl set.

So would you rather pay;

$35 for unlimited distribution as it is today.

$50 for us to sell a maximum of 10 licenses.

$100 for us to sell a maximimum of 5 licenses.

$160 for us to sell a maximimum of 3 licenses.

Would put up a few every week of the better girls, can do 2 girl, boy girl, videos, etc. on the same basis.

This question is obviously for paysite owners wanting content that will be less distributed today as it will in a years time.

every exclusive customer i have if offered semi-exclusive would turn it down. they have the money to afford exclusive content at $150 - 175 per solo set. They wouldn't pay the same for semi-exclusive. Nobody on the entire adult Net would.

Personaly if I buy a set I use only 15-20 pics from it... It ends up somewhere around $7-$10 pic

i wasn't suggesting TGP submitters buy exclusive content. lucky if 20% of them pay for content at all.

If we only made $150 a set we would get out of this market.

This is for those who can't afford to fill up their site with exclusive and want something that will not be all over sold. Not everyone can afford to buy 20 sets a month at $150-175, but could afford to spend $1,000 a month on content and get content they know will be worth the same in six months as it is today.

Shooting exclusive is for us less profitable, it does provide extra days work for us and the models. We can't fill the site with 50 sets a week and make it profiatable.

Never bought semi-exclusive, I always go full exclusive for the good stuff and non-ex for the filler. I cannot see me paying like 1/2 price for semi or maybe even 1/3....

I buy exclusive pictures for $150 to $300 per set. I like exclusive because then I can use them for hosted galleries, give them to affiliates, etc. or I can choose to keep them totally exclusive and not have them over-saturated. I personally wouldn't pay that much for semi-exclusive because I'd be restricted on how I could use it. I only pay that much for the benefit of unrestricted use.

Something that works quite well for those posting galleries is to just buy relatively new content. Then you know relatively sure that it hasn't been pimped to death yet, but you pay the same low price.

We do it differently, offer it exclusive for limited time (usually 60 days). Then we sell to whoever wants it. Cheaper then our exclusive stuff, but still gives the customer the advantage when its fresh.

i think $50 is actually very good price point ... its an extra 15 bucks, the webmasters who are making money are gonna buy every release, and 10 licenses ... very fresh shit... big difference between unlimited licensing (all over the fucking place) and 10 licenses.
