Most of you don't know I recently moved across town. Living with roommates all my life, I haven't had much need to buy sofas, fridges and the likes. So my girl and I go sofa shopping and found a nice Pottery Barn knockoff sectional...thing is, we want it in a particular fabric. We've dropped the cash but it's not going to be ready for another 3 fucking weeks!! what the fuck?!

It sucks since the living room here is empty as hell... i want instant gratification goddamit!

lol, surely you can't think you are the first and only people to have ordered a couch from them? seriously, before porn, I was in sales, and 80% of what I sold was made to order for numerous reasons, but the biggest being to get the correct size, and you have no idea how many times I heard the question, "why does it take 4-6 weeks?!" lol

People always manage to fuck you around. I bought another computer the other day, and the place I got it from would put it together for free, which sounded like a good idea at the time because I didn't want to spend the time doing it. It took them two weeks and a ton of harassing phone calls from me to do a job which should have taken a couple of hours.

it's a rinky dinky place... every time ive been in there. i was the only customer, but they do have killer prices so who knows...

We bought a couch in March and it was delivered in July.

Bought a chair in August and it was delievered in November.

They say furniture comes from Georgia (I have no idea why it takes them this long to make a couch.), but it's a little annoying. I feel for you.
