Yes, that is EvilDan in a StarWars PodRacing helmet. A bunch of us got drunk and invaded a costume store in Vancouver before Halloween and bought wigs, masks, helmets, etc. then got went to a bar and got even more drunk, walked around town drunk, went to Blunt Brothers (a smoke shop) drunk, went to a fancy Brazillian dinner drunk, and generally had a blast!
