for the doubters, that type of pic is very easy to create with a tripod and a camera that allows extended (1 second +) shutter duration. i've got some kick-ass night-time pics of niagara falls taken the same way.

*WRONG* - this guy couldn't photoshop his way out of a paper bag man. He's a talented shooter, but no Photoshop artist. As a matter of fact, I just turned him on to some Photoshop education DVDs that I found on the net. Once he learns some great Photoshop shit, he'll be freak'n dangerous.
