Hey All,

We're experienced webmasters that have just moved from Toronto to Montreal. We're looking for a small office (500 - 1000 sq ft.) or loft space in the downtown area. The Latin Quarter, St. Laurent, the Village... anywhere with a cool crowd nearby.

Hit me up if you have anything or know of something I could look at. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You haven't mentionned how much you want to pay and how long you want to lease the space (important factors)! E-mail me at webmaster at racanet dot com with these info, and I may be able to find you something (unless you are looking for a month-to-month lease which I cannot help with).

Yes, important factors indeed, but I'm somewhat flexible on both. I assume I'll be signing a lease for at least a year and as far as rent goes, I've been looking at properties in the $750 to $1500 a month range. I'd love to stay around $1000 a month but I'm willing to pay more for a great location.
