First time I've heard someone claim that he was a blatent thief and stole content. But this isn't the first time I've heard complaints about him not having his license documentation in order.

Brad Shaw's company apparently has a lawsuit pending against him for David Lace for allegedly licensed content to Brad's company for which no model release was obtained.

There are to many unanswered allegations against DL and when he has been contacted to clear his name on the boards he never has. I believe that eyesore bri over on GG&J is telling the truth about not being paid by DL.Comment

Not to mention the fact I bought content from him on January 4th and paid the $8.00 to have it shipped.
Well, I never got anything- but downloaded it on the 9th...as I recall.
Glad I decided to download the 38 sets. Now wonderin' if any are "iffy" due to the lawsuit post.

We had some issues with him a while ago. Paid for a disk (about 300 dollars or so). I didn't download all of it and it suddenly disappeard from my account history. I wrote him and he had no record of the transaction or sale. My bank only went back 3 months so it was a little late to charge back.
I just figured it was my fault for not getting it all on my harddrive, although the ability to download your pics when you need it was interesting to me since I buy a lot of content.
My bad.

You must have *some* sort of record that you can simply scan and send him.
I do print screns and save as HTML and print stuff up in case the confirmation e-mail doesn't get sent.

I wasn't trying to get anyone pussyluver, I actually was hoping for some proof that David Lace was on the up and up. His was the first content that Buzzard and I ever got, Buzzard really loved his stuff. David, if you're reading this, post something here, I'm sure there's some kind of explanations.Comment

I would be surprised if anyone gets any thing from David Lace! He was sued by Acacia & did not appear - so they got default judgement on him.
I have delt with him a couple of times on other matters. He seems to think that 'the law does NOT apply to him. That attitude and his behaviour, cost me a lot of money and frustration at a past AdultDex show. HE IS WARPTED!
We took the time to go through everything, and dump anything the least bit questionable at http://www.spankyscontent.com All documentation and releases now appear on The Cd in each girls file. Can't be too careful these days......Comment

David Lace has a horrible reputation as a shooter, not his talent but his professionalsim, and as a businessman. Ask models, ask agents, ask Brad Shaw. He's not in Los Angeles anymore because he fucked up so much he couldn't really do business there anymore so headed to Vegas.
