I just bought a new car about 3 months ago that had XM radio. After the 3 month free trial and placing my credit card on file to be billed quarterly during the free trial activation they shut my service off! Called 2 days ago and got the "We have fixed the problem with the billing no being updated." And once again today it is shut off.... This is getting annoying. Anyone else having problems with the customer service?
I hate my local stations now, so many commercials. I can't live without it. Guess it is time to call again and complain.
