With acacia, I do think that was more his laywers than him making the decision. I cannot hold that against him although it would have been nice if they would have fought.

I'm sure you would have done otherwise right? I'm giving him a break for all the other stuff he has done for us. Kinda like a "free from ranting card" for all the others that have settled that has not done a damn thing for our community or our rights, well they will keep hearing my rants.

Truth, if you check my background, you will see I have had strong opinions against those that have settled and will continue to do so. But Flynt as a man, didn't play a big role in settling with acacia. I would say with everything he has done in the past he was probably wanting to fight but lost out to his lawyers. If you haven't noticed he isn't a man that takes things lying down and I have to admire that in him. It doesn't matter if you think he sold out or not. :winkwink:

Like you I am not overly joyed with him settling. But It does not mean that I do not respect the guy. He has been pushing the envelope since most of these guys in here wore diapers.
