Why dont you just build your own, go to your isp and ask to rack it in their datacenetr. They DO do that you know,

Road Runner here will park any 1U in their facility for $50 a month and bandwidth is a NICKEL a gig, you pay what you use.

RR does not offer $0.05/Gigabyte, its more likely per Kilobit which equals 0.05 x 1024 = $51/megabit
