Try using the search function here - you will find a number of threads about him.
He owes a lot of people a lot of money - his offers are bogus - his traffic is worthless - his hosting is crap - his email lists are fantasy and his word is not worth the pile of dog poo you saw on the footpath yesterday. Anything else you would like to know about him?
