windows media player works fine if thats all you need to do.

Some of my guys like to cut them up on the server using mpgtx scripts.
This is a good way to go if you want to do it in bulk. They upload all the full length vids, then let the server churn away making 5 MB clips while they do someting else, like eat dinner.
